Sentryline offers a paid subscription plan: $149/month Sentryline Pro subscription. Renews monthly until canceled. Free accounts are limited to a single document analysis as described on the pricing page.
Merchant of Record. Payments, billing, taxes, invoices, and subscription management may be handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Our order process may be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles related customer service inquiries and returns.
Cancellation. You may cancel anytime from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current paid period.

You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded documents and how you act on outputs. We may apply content moderation, refuse outputs, or suspend accounts where misuse is detected.
Sentryline does not provide legal, regulatory, safety, medical, or professional compliance advice. The Service is not a substitute for a qualified compliance professional, licensed attorney, accredited auditor, certified safety officer, or similar professional. Always validate findings with a qualified professional before relying on them.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
