Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you keep access through the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Pro subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, contact sentrylinehelp@gmail.com within 30 days of your first Pro subscription charge to request a refund.

One-time document reviews and completed report purchases are eligible for a refund if there is a duplicate charge or if no report or review has been generated. Once a one-time report or review has been delivered, it is not eligible for an automatic refund.

This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply.

How to request a refund

Email sentrylinehelp@gmail.com with the email address on your account, the approximate charge date, and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as merchant of record.

Free tier

The free tier (one document analysis) does not involve a charge and has no refund associated with it.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
