You may cancel anytime from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you keep access through the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe your situation warrants a refund — for example, a duplicate charge, a billing error, or an issue that prevented you from using the Service — please contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
Email dominictrujillo12345@gmail.com with the email address on your account, the approximate charge date, and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as merchant of record.
The free tier (one document analysis) does not involve a charge and has no refund associated with it.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
