What you upload, and what Sentryline does with it.

Sentryline reviews documents you upload — not your website. The free preview is limited to one document; paid plans cover larger sets.

Accepted file types

  • .txt, .md
  • Text-based .pdf (scanned/image-only PDFs aren’t supported yet)
  • .docx
  • Up to 10MB per file

Documents you can upload

  • Safety manuals, SOPs, and operating procedures
  • Policies, training plans, training records
  • Emergency action / preparedness plans
  • Employee handbooks (non-PHI)
  • Contractor safety packets and prequalification documents
  • Healthcare facility policies (no PHI)
  • Industrial / fabrication / steel SOPs and quality docs

Do not upload

Do not upload private employee medical records, SSNs, payroll files, payment card data, bank information, PHI, or highly sensitive customer data.

How the free preview works

  1. Submit your intake on /scan.
  2. Create a free account so your document and report are saved securely.
  3. Upload one compliance document.
  4. Sentryline runs an AI-assisted review and returns a limited gap preview.
  5. You can revisit the report anytime from your documents.

What the report includes

  • Findings with severity (high / medium / low)
  • Document evidence — the excerpt the finding came from
  • Why it matters and a recommended fix
  • A prioritized action plan

Findings are AI-assisted decision-support and should be reviewed by a qualified professional. Source-verified claims are only shown when usage proof exists.
